We brought my 2021 CRV in for a 1 1/2 hour hitch installation and had a scheduled appointment. 3 hours later we are still here and they say they are only half done with it. They knew we were waiting installation and had a scheduled appointment. 3 hours later we are still here and they say they are only half done with it. They knew we were waiting and even called me at 12:30 stating the would be late and done at 1:30. We are so upset. We would have made arrangements to leave it and come back would we have known this would take so long. We DO NOT recommend Markley Honda for service and will never return here again. I am afraid to see their job now... will provide an update on quality of job. UPDATE: Just got home after 4 hours of waiting to have this 1 1/2 hour job done. I am so disappointed! Although I think the hitch was done correctly, I now have damage to my UNDAMAGED bumper! You would think that the Dealership would take care of their own brand! I just can't win with this! I wish I never took my car here! I entered with under 7000 miles and NO damage to under 7000 with a damaged bumper! They should not have service available at this Honda location! I AM PUTTING OUT A WARNING - Do not bring your vehicle here if you care about it at all! Think they will install a brand new bumper on my CRV - VERY DOUBTFUL! I'm just sick to my stomach. More
