Worst Car Buying Experience They told me one thing to get me in the door and purchase a car and then changed the terms last minute when I was signing the paperwork. The person who handled the paperwork at the end (Lane) was very pushy and rude and aggressive. He was the person that made this experience so bad. I was able to talk to a manager after all of this and he was very helpful but when the issues he was addressing weren't working out, he just stopped responding. I've worked in customer service and have also bought several vehicles before with no issues. This situation was handled very poorly. I won't be going back and none of my friends and family will either. I'm in the MBA program at CSU and maybe I can make it a group project to write up an alternative customer service approach in one of my business management classes. I've already chatted with a few and it doesn't sound like I am alone with having a bad experience at Markley. More
My appointment was for a factory recall. I have been going to Markley for service for nearly 20 years, and have always been very satisfied with them. This last visit was no exception. I had an appointment for the service and Mike took care of it very promptly. My only complaint is it was very difficult to get through via telephone to make the appointment. Either no one answered the phone, or when I did get through, it was to leave a message, and got no response. More

Because I was only beginning my search, I went to Markley only planning to look around. However, because of the phenomenal experience, I felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle that day. Matthew Frye, Jason Hay, and the entire staff at Markely were helpful and forthright, especially compared to my previous experiences. They were exceptionally considerate of some personal medical issues that affected my search and did everything in their power to make my shopping experience as positive as possible. Matthew and Jason were fair and gave me their best deal upfront. Their transparency made me comfortable purchasing a new CR-V that day. They have continued to be extremely helpful, expediting the delivery of the "we owe" service items we discussed so that everything is done before I move out of state. Their service department has also been thorough and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend Markley Motors, Jason Hay, and Matthew Frye more strongly. More

Good people up front but oil change was slow for 7:00 am. Your people who took care of us were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I could understand it better if they washed the vehicle but that was not the case. More
