I contacted the collision department and took my car directly for their assessment. The car was deemed "undrivable" and estimated at $4,600 repair. Justin was assigned to the repair and notified me of the time frame for repair. He kept me well informed on the progress and even completed the repair earlier than projected and under budget. Justin was able to locate new parts below the budget price by researching other suppliers. The repair totaled approximately $4,300. I am grateful for his excellent customer service. The vehicle is necessary for my business. I would recommend Markley Collision and Justin! Thank you Justin!!!! More

No "tricks." All "treats." I went to Markley Honda on Halloween day, 2018, with the intent of checking out the CRVs and perhaps taking a test drive. Brad was outside, and, with a smile, signaled a parking space right up front for me to pull into. We walked inside the dealership. I looked to the left and saw MY car! The exact color, framing, bells & whistles, moon roof...that I'd "built" on line. I'd done a lot of research and was pretty sure the Honda CR-V EX-L was the vehicle of my choice. I'd never purchased a car by myself, and Brad made the process so smooth. The test-drive went great. He never applied any pressure. He stressed that, whatever I needed to do, to take my time as this was a major decision. I told him I was waiting for some friends to come visit and then go with me to make the probable purchase. As I was walking from the dealership, I said to myself, "What am I waiting for? You did the research; you know it's a darn good car, and your sales person made the experience faultless." So I turned in my tracks, looked at Brad, and said, "I'll take it!" From then on, the experience went like clockwork. He directed me to Robb Murphy's office, Finance Manager, who also explained everything with no pressure. Because my husband had been a veteran, Robb informed me that Markley Motors believed in showing their appreciation by extending to their customers a generous reduction in the prices of the Protective Asset Documents he presented and thoroughly explained. He, as well as Brad, also informed me that as a valued customer, I was entitled to free car washes--whenever! Whoa! I like that! Thank You! to the entire Markely Motors staff. There wasn't one associate there who didn't give me a nod and a smile upon passing. And, a high-five to Brad Manifold for his genuine and thorough guidance. He made it absolutely clear that there was no future question that he, or someone at Markely, wouldn't answer. I'll not forget the Halloween of 2018! Karen Folger More

Bought a Lemon I bought a 2009 CRV-LX and used it problem free for 9 years. I made the mistake of trading it in and buying a 2018 CRV-LX thinking it would be just as I bought a 2009 CRV-LX and used it problem free for 9 years. I made the mistake of trading it in and buying a 2018 CRV-LX thinking it would be just as reliable. It's been in the shop 7 times in the 3 months I've owned it. Just told last week that a Honda Representative determined the vehicle is operating within design. It's hard to believe the car was designed to shake at idle so much you can feel it in the seats. Poor service. 6 hours waiting for a simple oil change and this was the express service. The kid at the service desk originally told me the wait would be 3 hours. As he was writing the ticket it suddenly become 4 hours. Ok 2 o'clock. Came back at three and the car had not been even started. My wife had to leave by 3:30 so she took our other vehicle leaving me. I just stood around in the service area and the express service kid would not make eye contact with me. I finally talked to one of the real service writers and he immediately took the car in for the oil change. It was finally finished some time around 4:45. To top it off they did not wash it. A very nice gentleman took the car and run it through the car wash. To there credit they did not charge me for the oil chance. The real service writer give me the free oil change not the express writer. He would hardly talk to me when the car was done. More
