I have bad credit, a used car that needed to be sold by me, and not alot of time on a new job, brand new resdency. Working with Manual, he was able to ge me into a nice 2013 car, with a payment that is affordable. Very happy with the service I was able to get. More

Bait and Switch They had a car advertised that I was interested in. I called to make sure they still had it and they "checked with a manager." They told me that they They had a car advertised that I was interested in. I called to make sure they still had it and they "checked with a manager." They told me that they still had the car and to come in and see it. Not 3 hours later I went in to see the car and they said it was in the shop and there was no time frame of when it would be out of the shop. They showed us another car, but wouldn't tell us the price. The salesman kept saying things like "is there any reason you aren't going to spend more?" Right, like money is no object and there is no reason to spend double or triple the budget. We test drove the car. It was fine. But he still wouldn't tell us the price unless we signed a statement that we would commit to buying before we got the price. That is when we stood up and walked out. They lied throughout the entire process. Wasted my time. And were completely shady about every little question. Some of the other reviews on here are suspicious. I don't know how anybody would enjoy their experience here. More

Worst place to do business with Talk about helping people with building credit, taking 5 months to make the first payment report to the bureaus and reporting ONLY to Trans-union of a Talk about helping people with building credit, taking 5 months to make the first payment report to the bureaus and reporting ONLY to Trans-union of all all 3 bureaus. Trans-union is the least ever pulled by other credit grantors so how does this help build credit...a Question to Nick and his team. This is a true bait and switch; start off with a sticker price and end up with 20% higher price for the same vehicle at time of finance. Promise a lower down payment before the test drive and end up paying 20-30% more in down payment than initially promised. In all, this is the worst dealership ever. DON'T BUY HERE....stay away if all possible. I would rather take the UTA bus than to buy from this place.....It is a joke. More

When I was finally ready to purchase a car I made an appointment to meet with Manuel Gonzalez Right from the beginning he was very pleasant to work with. I felt he listened to what I wanted and more importantly what I could afford. He never tried to sell me on a car I didn't want. He took the time to sit down and discuss what I was looking for on price and mileage. I am very happy with the choice I made and LOVE my new car. I would definitely recommend Markosian Auto to family and friends. More

UPDATE 5 STARS WHOO Hello, Not sure anyone seen my review before but I had one with 1 star. well as promised i would like to update this now. i could not keep the origi Hello, Not sure anyone seen my review before but I had one with 1 star. well as promised i would like to update this now. i could not keep the original review so ill sum it up in this one. I got a 08 Eclipse and it had a ton of things wrong with it, ignition, alarm, brakes, wires showing , tires, trunk ect. talked to a manager and they were going to see if they could fix it cheap or get me into a new car. got a loner for two days then was told they could not fix it. whent in to test drive cars. they had no cars i liked or wanted and some of them had some problems that were not fixable. talked with the Manager Josh and he was willing to let me test drive this jetta that was on the front row! my sales man kept saying, it was to high of a down payment, A.P.G will not loan on this car and the manager made it happen!!! test drove it and fell in love right away. when i went to check out the paperwork i was expecting alot more down and higher monthly payment as was all the salesmen i talked to! Josh got me into the car with only 250$ more down and 10$ more each payment I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! he went above and beyond to make the situation work! THANK YOU I felt really good leaving the dealership all smiles for this customer!! if you have bad credit they will get you into a car. if you have problems they will fix it! 5 STARS FOR YOU MY FRIENDS!!! thanks to all that helped me and a special thanks to ALEX & JOSH & COWBOY (JOHN THE GM) AS WELL AS MANUEL YOU ALL ROCK!!!! i will be sending everyone your way and also will be a life long customer! - happy / satisfied customers (Sebastian & Abby Cerda)!
