I was very excited to get my new/used car from here it was the best 2 weeks of 2020. Then it wasn't, now I will say this forthright I had an issue come up and I was a week late on paying towards my down- was the best 2 weeks of 2020. Then it wasn't, now I will say this forthright I had an issue come up and I was a week late on paying towards my down-payment but my issue prevented me from doing anything including contacting the dealership and I will point out that the agreement between my self and Logan the sales man was that the $1000 just needed to be paid before the 8th of December when my first payment was due to be paid. So my issue is with the fact that when they repossessed the vehicle it was in breach of the law by By doing so they did in illegal repo because repossessions can not take place if it breaches a federal or state law while doing so I would have had the entire down payment taken care of as verbally agreed upon by me and this associate before December 8 Talk to me or work with me after the repossession because my friend whose house was basically invaded press charges they will not work work with me nor Talk to me in reference to my loan with them I don't know why they would rather do an illegal repossession take the chance of this turning out very bad legally for them I mean delete the county attorney's office is screening these gentlemen for class a misdemeanour charges because of their illegal actions I would like to have this all settled and taken care of but it's their choice do not act like adults in this situation Maybe this will help you understand what kind of company this is... Lairs. Thief’s most dishonest dealer in Utah. Sales person electronic signed all my contracts said I was sign to authorize a credit check and turned around and signed all my contract. They gave dealer a bad pay off. And marked me late on payments on credit report after dealer mailed them a check. Then Repossessed the car 45 days later from the dealer I traded it to. Do not go here if your looking for trust and honesty. First off Britney was great to deal with she was very nice and easy to work with she's the only reason I am even giving 1 star. I got a truck from Markosion about 5 weeks ago and already its been in the nice and easy to work with she's the only reason I am even giving 1 star. I got a truck from Markosion about 5 weeks ago and already its been in the shop twice. They say they check out the cars they sell and would never sell a car that has mechanical issues. The first issue I knew about and they agreed to fix it we made appointment to have it fixed it took alot longer for it to be fixed then they said it would and after it was done my husband picked it up and it was still idling rough. About 30 minutes to an hour later they started calling me multiple times while I was at work they called me 3 times and texted me 3 times about a part that there mechanic left in the back of my truck! First all not my fault there mechanic did that second why was someone else's part in my truck to begin with? So after I got off work I had to go back and give them the part and told them the truck was still acting weird. The girl at the service department has no customer service skills at all. She was annoyed that I asked for a mechanic. A man named Costa looked at it and told me my engine mounts are bad and said it was normal and not a big deal. We later found out this can be a big problem and can make the vehicle unsafe to drive. I am not a mechanic so I believed him. Within the next couple a weeks I noticed the vibrations were getting worse so when scheduling an appointment for an oil change had another mechanic look at it and the driver side engine mount had basically failed which is not good and could cause more damage to the engine also it makes the vehicle unsafe to drive. So I had to make an appointment for about a week later my appointment was at 930 am and it should take about 3 hours it actually took 7 and a half hours when we called to ask why it wasn't done they said just because an appointment was made doesn't really mean much they just try to (squeeze it in) what is the point in making an appointment? They say they inspect the vehicles before they sell them I don't really believe this because we did some really routine maintenance and found the air filter was filled with dirt and leaves and 2 of the spark plugs were burnt out remind you this was barley 2 weeks after I got the car. It seems like this would be something that would be checked before selling a car. Bad spark plugs can cause alot of damage to the engine. It worries me to think they skipped basic stuff what else did they neglect to check? Also after picking up the truck from the service department the second time in 5 weeks it is still running pretty rough not sure what the issue is. I am really afraid to drive it long distances afraid that it will break down. Also the customer service over the phone is horrible I got hung up on twice today and also was told they are to busy like im not? I had to take time off work just to bring the vehicle in today. I shouldn't even have to bring in a vehicle in I've only had 5 weeks. More
