There was a time when I couldn't find what I wanted and he searched high and low for a month until he found what I wanted, brought it in from far away and sold it to me and I was thrilled that he worked so hard on it and I was so happy. He is very attentive and has the amazing ability to put his customer's into just the "right car" for them. He has let me know when there is a special sale going on or if they are having a special on service and when my car needs detailing he helps getting that taken care of too. When I have brought my car in for service Mark always makes sure that there is a loaner car waiting for me and worst case scenario when I have had an emergency he makes sure that I am able to get home or to my place of work. Mark Stoller will even pick you up or deliver your car to your door or place of business. Service with a smile. He is always pleasant and helpful. I have had friends and family fly to Marlboro Nissan from Florida and Indiana and drive from Ct.NY.PA.NH.RI and from Vermont to purchase cars from Mark Stoller because he gives the best deals, service and he is trustworthy and stands behind his word. There was no pressure, and I saved fifty dollars a month on the price quoted me at the other dealership, despite the fact that the car I purchase had a sticker price $3000 more than the dealership I had always done business with. A week after I purchased the car, I returned to Marlboro Nissan to drop something off. The sales manager, who I had only met for five minutes, greeted me by name. He listened to my needs and worked to match my budget with the type of car I wanted to what was available. We test drove a couple of cars and since they take in trades it gave me the chance to compare a Nissan to a Toyota. That saved me time plus it convinced me to get the Nissan. I was looking at used cars but the manager said for a similar price I could get a 2008. The price was within my budget, the paperwork was completed and I drove the new car off the lot that afternoon. All the employees were friendly and did not pressure me into a sale. I feel confident that I got a good deal on a reliable car! More
