I literally can complete the sales process in about 30 minutes. 20 minutes of which is just used for catching up the personal stories. I keep on returning to Nissan because to me they offer good value and Marlboro Nissan tops it off with great service. They work as a team and its nice to see the same employees there year after year. Love at first sight I walked into the dealership on a Thursday just to test drive a specific vehicle. I was actually hoping for something a little more practical than my I walked into the dealership on a Thursday just to test drive a specific vehicle. I was actually hoping for something a little more practical than my current car. When I arrived at the dealership I saw yet another car out front so I decided to give that a test drive too. Needless to say, after test driving both those vehicles I was not very excited. They were just not a good fit for me. Without knowing me, Brian knew exactly what I needed (and really wanted too). He showed me a new 2014 Nissan Altima and without even driving it, I was in love! I had limited time that evening so I immediately put down a deposit and returned to the dealership that Saturday. Of course I bought the car. Not just because I loved it but because I had a great buying experience. Brian was very patient and understanding of what I wanted and what I needed. I felt no pressure. There was not haggling over the price and I got what I wanted for my trade. Overall, I walked away satisfied knowing I recieved a great deal. I have no regrets.I love my new car. And I would recommend Marlboro Nissan to everyone I know. More

Sweet experience turns sour. Everything was great except when I went to pick up the car. We brought owners manual, paperwork and a GPS into the salesroom and put it on the salesma Everything was great except when I went to pick up the car. We brought owners manual, paperwork and a GPS into the salesroom and put it on the salesman's desk. My wife and I went to fill in some paperwork regarding extended coverage in the finance office (we left the papers and GPS on the salesman's desk.) When we returned, the salesman immediately took us out to the car to set up the cars's options (bluetooth, etc.) We took everything that was on the desk that was ours (but we apparently didn't have the GPS and didn't think about it at the time.) The salesman explained everything very well and took a picture of us with the car and sent us on our way. We didn't realize that we didn't have the GPS until we after we left. We called them right away, but the salesman didn't know anything about it. He looked and asked around but it was not to be found. I don't put any blame on anyone, but someone must have wandered by the desk and walked off off with it while we were in the finance office. I have since thought they could have looked at any surveillance camera footage they might have since there were other people in the room. More
