Terrible customer service. They DO NOT stand behind their products and DO NOT care about your family’s safety. They sold me a car, that had a bad balljoint (tampered with to not make noise on test drives) th products and DO NOT care about your family’s safety. They sold me a car, that had a bad balljoint (tampered with to not make noise on test drives) the ended up blowing out of the way home from the dealership. When I called them the next day they seemed uninterested and offered to repair it at one of their shops in town, but I had to cover both costs of towing from the initial break down, then a tow truck to take it 1.5 hours south back to them. They offered a $410 (third party mechanic quoted the damage to be in the $800 range not $400) check to cover the repair which I reluctantly drove back and got, when there. I told them this is a shotty way of doing business and that I was reporting them to the BBB and when I told him that, the sales manager said “I didn’t have to give you anything” still holding the check. Bad place of business, wouldn’t even buy a glass of lemonade from them again let alone another car. More

waste of time I traveled 2.5 hours to look at a one owner Nissan, it was a piece of crap. exhaust leaks, bald tires and a noisy rear end. Junk cars over priced. Run! Run Away! As fast as you can! They wanted me to put 50% down on a 2008 Ford Escape $5999 guaranteed financing. They said my fico is 438, which is way lower than reality and I have my three scores from 50% down on a 2008 Ford Escape $5999 guaranteed financing. I was approved at a regular dealership with 20% down and 5% interest and a newer car less mileage. YOU DONT NEED MARSH AUTO. Don’t let them con you.
