Needed an oil change for the first time and called to make appointment. when I arrived the service dept. took my information. I waited about 45 minutes then was on my way home. I called to make an appointment. Service representative was very cordial. I dropped my car off at the designated time and rep told me approximately when work would be finished. I did not wait but got a text from rep when work was complete. I returned to pick up car. One little hiccup- paperwork was not at payment desk which seemed strange since work was completed over an hour ago. I approached the payment desk again about ten minutes later. The clerk searched for service rep who was at lunch and then got another rep to get the paperwork who then also got my car. More

The service technician Jamie Harris is great! The people that do the tire rotation need to learn to adjust tire pressure when they rotate the tires.
