I made an appointment for oil change and Recall (software update). When I arrived, I was told that the appointment was a time to arrive, and get in line. What's the value of an appointment if you still just get in line? Like making a reservation at a restaurant, and being given a beeper and told the wait would be 2 hours. I called late on a Wednesday evening just at closing time but Kenneth still answered the phone. I’m so glad he did because I was stranded because my brake lines burst leaving me no brakes. Kenneth Johnson did a great job under difficult circumstances when a piston broke during the test drive after the maintenance. He was very help and did his best to keep the price down and was able to give me a substantial saving over the price that was coming up during the troubleshooting effort. He sent pictures to Ford to see if they could explain how this could have happened. Also had an interment problem with a fuse that show up after taking the car. They sent a tow truck to get my car from the side of the road. Took it back and did a test drive 3 times to get it to fail. They could have just as easily said could not find an issue the first two times and given the car back to me and I would have encountered the problem again after leaving the dealership. I was impressed that they did not give up on it and got it resolve. So again, very impressed on how they worked with me and handled this very difficult and unfortunate situation. I would take my car back to them based on this effort. More
