Last minute service We had to call spur of the moment for a new battery and oil change. Talked to Eric and he was very nice and helpful. We got a new Battery and the oil We had to call spur of the moment for a new battery and oil change. Talked to Eric and he was very nice and helpful. We got a new Battery and the oil change and they called and said we needed new cabin filter and air filter so we got all that done in a matter of a few hours. Very painless. We have been dealing with Marshal Mize since 1979 for cars and service and we will continue to do so. Thanks again More
Recall Service We returned our 2017 Ford Escape for a recall repair. We called ahead of time and were able to set an appointment time of 10AM. When we arrived, the service department was ready for us and took the car immediately. We were told it would be ready for us in 15-20 minutes. We ran a couple of errands and returned to Marshall Mize after about 30 minutes. The car was parked and ready. After completing the paperwork, we were good to go. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and attentive. We were impressed by the speed of the service and the professional of the service department. More

Surprised the Ford product doesn’t deliver! The service tech who checked me is was excellent. He really did a great job and even researched my issue. Unfortunately, the Ford F-150 does not suppo The service tech who checked me is was excellent. He really did a great job and even researched my issue. Unfortunately, the Ford F-150 does not support the towing need that I have. I will likely trade it in for a Chevrolet pick up that does. The issue is with charging a battery while being hooked up to a camper. Ford doesn’t do it according to the service department. Chevy does.
