60 K Service I signed up early. They took the car when I arrived. They provided a shuttle service to get me home and bring me back. The car was ready when they pro I signed up early. The service technician did leave a few new fingerprints, a water bottle, and a few loose wires from my dash cam. He did all of the maintenance w/o leaving grease or grim. 8 hrs with car and very few marks! More

recall on Ford Transit My van was there for a recall and was told it was a day job. At first they would not give me a loaner to get home but once I arrived they agreed. This became critical because it took much longer than expected. I was NOT notified at the end of the first day that it would take much longer than a day. I called the service department to find out if my van was ready only to find out that my service guy, Fred, had already left for the day and they had not even gotten to my van yet. Fred did call the next morning as I complained to the person I spoke to the day before. Again, it was fine but just needed to be in the loop as to when the van would be ready. One day turned into 2 1/2 days. But it was fixed and the folks at Marshal Mize are very friendly. I would still highly recommend this dealership! More

When he is unavailable one of the other service advisors jump in to get me in and out really quick. This is one of the best service centers I've had experiences with. More

Wonderful people I took my Explorer in for a malfunctioning air conditioner. I got a loaner, expecting to be without my car for at least a week. Imagine my surprise I took my Explorer in for a malfunctioning air conditioner. I got a loaner, expecting to be without my car for at least a week. Imagine my surprise when my car was ready two days later! I am always treated like their most important customer.
