Was told that it would take about 45-60 minutes to complete my service and they would call me when my car was ready. I had walked to a nearby store and started walking back to Marshal Mize 40 minutes after I dropped off my car and they were calling me before I returned to Marshal Mize. Andy explained my vehicle printout to me and thanked me for bringing my car in for service. The lady who took my payment was very helpful and explained how to go online and get my rebate. Everyone that I encountered during this service visit was cheerful and helpful. I will continue to use Marshal Mize and recommend them to family and friends. More
