Hello Keith, Thank you for your phone call and for the email message. I appreciate your addressing this matter and so quickly. It is difficult for me during the work week to make personal calls, so I'm responding in this manner. Fortunately, the current situation in fact does not require the services of the dealer, so my mechanic will handle the repairs. The advice I would give Ms. Bobrowsky is this: Listen. If she had listened and heard the message I left for her, she could have concluded that I simply wanted to make arrangements and had left her detailed information in an attempt to aid her identification of me, my car and the previous repair job. Also, if she had listened to my subsequent message saying that actually the dealership's services were not necessary, before dashing off to respond to my first email message, she needn't have returned my call at all. Back in 2011, if Ms. Borbrowsky had actually listened to me, my description of the problem, and reviewed what my mechanic had provided, I wouldn't have lost a full day to incompetence and lack of comprehension on her and the service people's part, but I did. I work as a legal secretary. I must listen carefully, read carefully and always interact in a helpful, courteous manner. These are qualities which Ms. Bobrowski lacks. There is nothing I need from the dealership at this point, but if in the future I must return, I want to be assured that I can call on someone other than Ms. Borbrowski to handle my job.
