I had been corresponding with Simon about a pre owned CTS V coupe. Upon arriving I met Simon and he showed me the car which looked stunning. I was trading in my current vehicle so they examined my vehicle while I looked at the CTS V. Simon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very professional and respectful at all times, I never felt like I was being pushed or pulled at anytime. When we sat down to talk about what could be done to make something happen I had the fortune to meet Vivian Naeish who is the finance manager at Martin Cadillac. I was really impressed with how she talked with me like a person, not a customer, not a number. Vivian was really positive about the making the right deal to make it work. I agreed to take the car for a test drive, when I came back I informed them I really like the car, lets make it happen. Vivian is incredible when it comes to making an amazing deal a reality! While talking about the details of the deal and signing the neccesary papers we actually had a good conversation about just everyday life in general. She is definitely one smart lady! Great experience! Everyone was so nice and polite and got me in and out as quick as possible with no games and no hidden fees. Dave was very nice and honest and made me feel so comfortable. He went over every detail of the car and took his time to explain things I didn't understand. He went over all the numbers in detail and showed me different lease options so I could decide which was best for me. After I made my decision the salesmanger came out and thanked me for my business and assured he would make the transaction as fast as possible. I sat at Dave's desk for a little while and we chatted for a bit and than before I knew if i was in the finance office. The finance manager was extremely nice and made signing all those papers a great experience. I love my new car and will coming back to martin once my lease is up! More

I was going to another dealer that could not fix my Escalade. They made me spend thousands of dollars and could not fix the problem. After going to Martin Cadillac for the first time they took into co Escalade. They made me spend thousands of dollars and could not fix the problem. After going to Martin Cadillac for the first time they took into consideration the money that I spent and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Not only did they fix the car, but told me that I needed brakes and an air filter. I was just at another dealer!!! I did the brakes and was picked up from my house by Pat the shuttle driver who made a car ride with a stranger very comfortable. My car came back washed, fixed and on time, and on estimate. More

Doing a search on Autotrader I found a 2002 Eldorado for sale at martin Cadillac, I filled out the contact sheet to inquire if they would do sales to another State ( MN ) and assist with shipping of the Ca sale at martin Cadillac, I filled out the contact sheet to inquire if they would do sales to another State ( MN ) and assist with shipping of the Car. Tony responded to me the next day and we spoke at length about the car and condition. I requested some documentation one several occasions and Tony quickly complied with all of my requests, he was very polite and upfront about the car and a couple of minor repairs that had been performed before putting the car on the lot for sale. He has been most patient with me as I have been cautious about purchasing a car unseen and having it transported to my home. So far the experience has been exceptional and comfortable for a cautious midwest guy. I will follow this up once I receive the car to report on the shipping process and condition of the car. More

My wife found a Arcadia on Autotraders. We decided to call them and a young Gentleman by name of Tony answered! He was very courtious and friendly! He was very cool about it compared to a couple other dealership that didn't allow me to take their vehicle. As a matter of fact he even Faxed us the vehicle inspection record. Talk about Peace of mind! When we arrived to the dealership! We finally test drove the car. My wife loved it! I was still skeptical about making the final decision because we were comparying it Leasing a Chevrolet Equinox. However Tony sat down and logically made it understable to purchasing it vs leasing. His Logical made alot of sense! It turned out we were going to save thousand more having the Arcadia and own the vehicle. So we ended up going with his Proposal. Too finish this up while they were cleaning our car for delivery. My eyes caught a 2008 Cadillac Escalade they had in their lot. Because we were moving I had my Toyota that I was using for transporation. Tony told me they need a Toyota! He was very assertive and told me he would give me $6500 for my trade vs $4000 which I got in Toyota dealership. WOW! Tony was very persistant and also gave me a reasonable discount on his Escalade. I ended up sleeping on it and went ahead the next day for the Escalade. From my experience in sales I never met such a young, sharp, great negotiator like Tony with the eager purpose to give us a Win/Win outlook. Thank you Tony! -Aaron More
