I don’t want to even give 1 star to Martin Honda service. I bought the vehicle from Martin Honda and was taking to them deligently for all my services. And recently took the car for oil change with no issues I bought the vehicle from Martin Honda and was taking to them deligently for all my services. And recently took the car for oil change with no issues at all and they broke one of the sensors and noticed it half way from their shop and inform them and they don’t take the responsibility. This is the second thing that was damaged after taking to their service station which they don’t take responsibility. If you cannot trust your Honda authorized dealer, then whom you can trust? More
After going back and forth between service and the body shop it was decided the body shop would repair the vehicle through our road advantage package we purchased at the time of delivery. Took the time of shop it was decided the body shop would repair the vehicle through our road advantage package we purchased at the time of delivery. Took the time off work to bring it in for the appointment. Body shop manager says it is the service department that takes care of the ding in the fender. So he tells me to take it over service. Get to service and they said that the repair man only comes on Wednesday. Before it was Tuesday now that changed. Nobody knows the procedure to get it fixed. Body shop guy tells me that there is a high turn over and Nobody is trained properly. Beyond frustrated from taking off work and the fact Nobody knows how to honor the road advantage package. More

I brought my Honda Pilot in to get two keys cut and three other reprogrammed. I called the day before to make sure they had the new regular key and key fob in stock at the repair shop. The guy said they ha other reprogrammed. I called the day before to make sure they had the new regular key and key fob in stock at the repair shop. The guy said they had both keys in stock. We went in this morning and it took three hours for them to tell us that did not have the new regular key in stock and we would have to come back again after they cut the new key fob and programmed all 4 keys. In addition, they told us that we needed new windshield wipers when they were replaced brand new 5 days ago. I have 5 Honda Pilots and unfortunately I have to go Honda Dealerships to get the keys cut and programmed and warranty repairs. I takes about 3 hours every time I go in there to get keys cut and reprogrammed. That is crazy for 20 minutes of work. Martin Honda is borderline incompetent and dishonest with their recommended repairs. I am done going there for anything. Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. More

Terrible customer focus on MartinHondaService called for service for new tires to be installed after having a flat tire on I95 service would not help me on Friday. The reason I was late on Friday was unable to get road services for 1hour plus. More
