Not as stressful as I anticipated Julie Thompson made the process less stressful than I was expecting as car shopping, in my opinion is never fun. The lot is tight and loaded with inventory so locating my car took a little time but was not an issue. Julie did a great job explaining the features of the car and worked with me to get a very fail deal on the new car and with my trade in. I'm not sure what the average time is to buy a car from test drive to final paperwork but it felt like a long time. In fairness, I hadn't purchased a new vehicle since 2011 so those hours spent may be in line. My only let down was when I went through the financing process and found out that they had put my term in as 72 months instead of 60. I wish that had requested that it be corrected, but I didn't. This part of the process also felt a bit rushed, and having been there for over 3 hours already I was tired and wanted to be on my way. After the paperwork was done I believe it was Lee who went over the operations of the vehicle with me. He was very thorough, patient and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Martin Main Line Honda to my friends but would advise them up front to put aside a good part of the day if they intend to shop and buy in the same day. More
