The whole experience was very pleasant. They let me test drive a few vehicles while my current vehicle was being evaluated for a trade-in. The whole process took about 4 hours but I think i They let me test drive a few vehicles while my current vehicle was being evaluated for a trade-in. The whole process took about 4 hours but I think it was delayed a bit due to a backup in the detailing department. I was very happy with my purchase and the car looked great when I finally got it.
