I had a terrible experience at Main Line Honda. The customer service fine through the end of the sale but it is clear once they have made the sale, they could care less about your satisfaction. Within 24 hours I encountered multiple problems including excessive vibration, dangling mirror and a bad battery that nearly exploded according to both Avalon Honda and my own mechanic. I immediately reached out to my sales rep management. It took hours to get anyone to call me and pretty much responded thats a shame and oh well I cant help you get home ( I was 2 hours from home). I immediately informed them that I did not feel safe in this vehicle and wanted to return the car. I had to call daily and finally drive in and demand a manager for anyone to speak with me further on this matter. I am so disappointed and will never do any business with this dealer again. I have shared my story with family and friends and they are just as disgusted. Its quite a shame Martin Honda does not care about the customer experience once they have their commission More

Wonderful contact-less experience. Worked through Costco auto program and handled most transactions over the phone or via email. My sales person was excellent and Honda Financial Services made Pre-approval auto program and handled most transactions over the phone or via email. My sales person was excellent and Honda Financial Services made Pre-approval a relatively benign process. Oh - forgot to mention that I traveled from Central PA to do business back in SEPA just because their service was far and away the best across the three states I searched (MD, PA and DE). More

Dennis had been very friendly and helpful with all my visits! He last helped me get parking sensors installed into my Honda CRV. He was very informative on the installation process and was able to answer visits! He last helped me get parking sensors installed into my Honda CRV.
