Last visit was the best service yet, on 06/17/2017 As I approach the counter at 09:00 am, I was told I was not put on the appointment list as I have called and schedule a couple of weeks prior. At the same time he took a look at a great issue with my personal information being mix up with an ex-family member on records. Also the great issue I been having since truck purchase that front driver wheel/brake system rubs and leaves metal residue on the wheel rim looking much darker than any other wheel. First 2 services that I have had with this truck at these service center where a failure as on the records you have recorded that breaks system area where GREEN good to go and that you will advise when breaks needed, well that was all a mistake and not well inspected by service mechanics. By now is almost ok, still some metal shaving out of the wheel brake system/rim as I show on the last visit to all your Service Department.
