Robert (the rep) did an exemplary job of taking care of the details. He served me as the customer - so many places don't get this right. Sales - Al is an old hand at four-wheeling so his explanation of the Jeep was spot-on. He was thorough and personable. He took the time to show the benefits and features - a time-tested, effective selling technique. He understands Jeep culture which is really not that different from the brand loyalty that Apple consumers show. More
