The reason why we gave the review we did, is because we were treated great, they really listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted, and worked with us on our requests. Customer Service - As a coincidence one of my clients produces nationwide seminars for auto dealers and body shops on effective front office staff and their reflection on the business as a whole. Robert (the rep) did an exemplary job of taking care of the details. He served me as the customer - so many places don't get this right. Sales - Al is an old hand at four-wheeling so his explanation of the Jeep was spot-on. He was thorough and personable. He took the time to show the benefits and features - a time-tested, effective selling technique. He understands Jeep culture which is really not that different from the brand loyalty that Apple consumers show. More
