Absolutely stellar buying experience for our new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee l. We drove on to the lot and immediately recognized and were greeted by Chuck who sold us a car 7 years ago. He brought the v Jeep Grand Cherokee l. We drove on to the lot and immediately recognized and were greeted by Chuck who sold us a car 7 years ago. He brought the vehicle to the front of the lot and apologized that he was with another customer and turned us over to Yvonne Smith. She handled the test drive and "making the deal" as painlessly as possible. What a team!. It says a lot when dealer sales people have been on board for many. We have now purchased three vehicles from the team and brought in another sale for them. WE WILL RETURN WHEN WE NEED ANOTHER VEHICLE! More
