The service department people were friendly and right on time in taking my car in for it’s normal maintenance . This place was a horrible experience. We had a oil change done, then the car started leaking oil like crazy. We had never had an issue until they got their hands on it. Each time they denied and stalled. We have kids and had to change schedules due to their inability to fix. Finally had an appt. (3rd one) to get it fixed on a Wednesday. We bring the car Tuesday night. They say they will get it fixed, 1st thing on Wednesday. At 4:45PM on Wednesday, they had not contacted us. We called them and were going to "look at it: I went bonkers. This place is just incompetent. And worse they lie. Finally got the car back at 5:30PM on Thursday. The owner was very defensive and argumentative. I would never go back there and recommend that people get in writing how long it will take to make fixes. They lie and are very poor at customer service. More

This is the third time in 18 months that my 2500HD had to go back to Marty’s for warranty work and thanks to Jill Frey all three times it was great.
