Paul helped guide us through the paperwork and gave several follow up phone calls to make sure my wife understood all the bells and whistles that she was not accustomed to. As one who does not enjoy the game of haggling over cost I told Paul upfront that I was not playing the game. I had an idea of what we were willing to pay and Paul gave us a deal that fell in where we wanted to be. I purchased a 2017 GMC with the help of Lisa K. I went to the dealership to purchase a used GMC and was greeted with a smile almost immediately by Lisa and left having purchased a new 2017.
