Not the kind of outfit I want to do business with. Deceptive manipulative and untrustworthy. Quote price then bang you for diagnostic at the end. In the course of a visual check of the front brake pads which did not appear worn. i did a further inspection tear down, trusting that your tech was correct. I found little wear, then completed a front brake job myself since it was already disassembled. i had the same anomaly a couple years bsck over the serpentine belt, was charged for that only to find later, it was never changed. i let that go. At this point there is little to nothing you can do. it's already done. Michael Haynes
