Despite multiple phone calls each week and daily texts to my salesperson, I still have not received any meaningful update regarding the windshield t Despite multiple phone calls each week and daily texts to my salesperson, I still have not received any meaningful update regarding the windshield that was cracked while my vehicle was at the dealership. A few weeks ago, I received a text saying they would take care of it—but only after I removed my review. I chose to leave my review up because I believe other customers deserve an honest account of my experience. We purchased a Mazda CX-9 from this dealership about a month ago. Because it was late when we completed the purchase, we were asked to return another day for detailing. We also had to come back for a replacement key fob because the original one didn't work. Unfortunately, the replacement key fob still doesn't work either. When we returned for the detailing, my husband discovered a large crack running up the windshield before leaving the dealership. The crack was not there when he arrived. He immediately went back inside to report it. We were told they would investigate and review their security camera footage. Instead of resolving the issue, they later offered us $100 toward the repair, which we declined because the damage was not our responsibility. Now, after weeks of phone calls, text messages, and promises that have gone nowhere, we're still waiting. At this point, the lack of communication and accountability has been more disappointing than the original damage itself. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I encourage you to research reviews carefully and inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving the lot. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same experience. More
