Extremely disappointing experience. We were told one thing regarding the warranty, then later found paperwork had been changed, apparently assuming we wouldn't notice. Communication and customer service were terrible—it often took days or even weeks to get a response. The dealership sold us a vehicle during the winter with an A/C system that wasn't working properly. Once the weather warmed up and we discovered the issue, they were unwilling to help resolve it. To make matters worse, my son's vehicle has a locator app, and while the car was supposedly being serviced, it showed up sitting for hours at a shopping center in ghetto Asbury Park rather than at the shop. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, questionable business practices, and unhelpful management. I would not recommend this dealership. More
