First, Nestor promised to take some money off because he didn't have 2 keys but when he wrote up the deal, the $150 was still on the papers. I chalked it up to an honest mistake. He also promised that the dealer would fix a burn hole in the back seat and change out 2 worn out front tires the next day. Never happened. That was my mistake and should have known that once I signed the papers, he wasn't going to honor the deal. I called 2x and each time, Nestor didn't call me back. Then when I got a hold of him, he promised again that I'd get a call from service. It never came. This is Maserati but really, I've gotten better follow up service at Hyundai or Honda. 3 weeks later, I still don't have the hole in my seat fixed and I still have the same old tires. I buy 10 cars a year but this is not a dealer I will be going back to. More
