When I arrived, Frank wasn’t there receptionist said he is off today but someone else will take care of me. I don’t remember the name of saleswoman but said that car is sold 2days ago. I attempted to buy a 2019 BMW x3 there, made an appointment, started to go for a test drive, but the car had a flat tire, both front tires were bold. Five days later after my daily phone calls to the sales manager and salesman were going mostly unanswered, they said the car was finally ready for another test drive, when i arrived the salesman was putting air in the same bold tires while I waited for 20 minutes. Crazy! More
