Amanda was very attentive. Very communicative. Worked very well to try to get the extended warranty company to do what they had to do. And kept me informed. I'm very impressed. Very communicative. Worst dealership experience of my driving life of 35 plus years!!! I initially drove my car to the dealership because of a flat tire. After leaving the vehicle, I was given a loaner so I could return to work years!!! I initially drove my car to the dealership because of a flat tire. After leaving the vehicle, I was given a loaner so I could return to work. Later, Amanda from the dealership called and informed me that I would have to pay $5,500 for brake repairs, otherwise I would not be allowed to drive my vehicle out of the dealership. I was told that if I did not approve the repairs, I would need to arrange for a tow truck to remove my own car from Maserati’s possession. I explained that I had driven the vehicle to the dealership myself, and if they believed there were any safety concerns, I was willing to sign a liability waiver so I could drive my car out. Unfortunately, she refused to accept that and insisted that the car could only leave by tow truck unless I approved the repair. I have owned multiple Maseratis in the past—I already sold one and was planning to purchase another vehicle soon. After this experience, however, I decided to walk next door to the Mercedes dealership and purchased a GLS 450 instead. For a dealership representing a luxury brand, this type of customer treatment was extremely disappointing. The approach felt unnecessarily rigid and more focused on forcing expensive repairs than on maintaining a long-term customer relationship. Needless to say, I will not be returning. More
