I was told that the estimate was $469 for the oil change. I was also told that replacing the battery in my key fab was included and it was not. Also, they recommended that I get 2 front tires, replace my crossover because it was leaking, and that my belts were cracking. When I was waiting a man came to me and he was very pushy and told me that my belts could break on the way home. He tried to use fear against me. He also told me that he would get me a better deal after I had spoken to my friend who used to work for Maserati and Alfa Romeo. If a better offer was on the table, I should have been offered that in the first place. In addition, when I got a second opinion I was told that my belts do need to be replaced, but they are far from breaking and it isn't a concern right now. The estimate on my paperwork says $900, but I was not quoted that over the phone. More
