Bad customer service, price inconsistent, profiling customers, poor communication, worst experience. I have done my previous maintenances at FC Kerbec of New Jersey. Front and back break service is pri customers, poor communication, worst experience. I have done my previous maintenances at FC Kerbec of New Jersey. Front and back break service is priced at approximately $2000 for each. I was shocked at main line Maserati this lady gave me the prices of $2000 for the back breaks, and $4200 for the front breaks. I was surprised to see they have an English teacher Mike who wanted to teach me that “service required” light only means oil change service. As if breaks change is not a service. The lady service advisor: AMANDA wanted to hold my wife’s car hostage by stating that the car won’t be released because it’s not safe to be driven. Maserati could not let my wife drive off. Until a manager name Josh came and sorted out. This fellow had the most comprehensive and golden communication skill, Problem solving, and most of all respect toward a stranger. I have never felt belittled as I did communicating with Mike. He was very dismissive, ordered my wife live and walked away without attempting to clarify the issue that arose. More
