The organization is clearly, poorly staffed and lacks the ability to communicate effectively. The service took nearly 5 weeks and I had to routinely inquire as to the status. The service group did fix the a ability to communicate effectively. The service took nearly 5 weeks and I had to routinely inquire as to the status. The service group did fix the alarm issue. The wheel repair process was a little painful. They did work with the insurance group to cover repairs. The car pick up and drop off process is completely broken. More
