We bought a used Honda Odyssey from Vlad and his team. When we got the vehicle home, we found an ant infestation and rust under the seats. We took the vehicle for an independent third-party inspection at a Honda dealership, and they noted the ant infestation and a transmission leak. We contacted Vlad and he admitted that this has happened to 2 or 3 of their customers due to the fact that they have a tree on their dealership property that they cannot remove and it draws in ants. He also mentioned that the rust could have been due to the windows being left open on the dealership property. They agreed to take the vehicle back, fumigate it, and professionally detail the vehicle. They kept the vehicle for a week and would not respond to our calls when we asked for an ETA. They finally brought the vehicle back over a week later. It was still infested with ants. The car was never professionally detailed. There is still spots of soda on the seat and crumbs under the seat. Do not ever go to this dealership unless you want to be scammed and taken advantage of. They are crooks and based on their negative reviews, this is an ongoing problem. We will be contacting an attorney and we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More

I told them clearly, in writing, and I repeated it on the phone. Their response across roughly 10 text messages AND multiple phone calls was to insist I come into the shop. I told them I was driving over an hour. They told me to come anyway. I still have every single one of those text messages. The moment I walked through the door, the manager told me they would not negotiate anywhere near my budget. Trip over. No discussion, no alternatives, just dismissed at the entrance. Think about what that means: they knew my number the whole time. They could have told me "we can't work with that" over a single text. Instead, they spent weeks pulling me in under false pretenses, wasted hours of my day, and treated me like I was nothing once I arrived. That is the definition of dishonest. Whatever they tell you over the phone or text to get you in the door has no relationship to what they will actually do when you arrive. Take their promises with zero weight I have the texts to prove it. If you are considering this dealership, please learn from my mistake. They will say anything to get you on the lot.
