Absolutely terrible service department. Will never return your phone call. Not willing to work with you to come to a reasonable solution to keep the customer happy.
I received my car without a cigarette lighter in the front. I also let them know my infotainment screen keeps shutting off and on randomly and would like a fix for this fault. I also wanted to know if my amp can be calibrated to different settings. Called multiple times only to be told they will call me back but weeks later, still no update or call back. Extremely unprofessional.
Not only is their service advisor Larry incompetent and slow, their mechanic Paul is clueless as ever.
The funny thing is they have this plaque on the service advisors desk that says they strive to deliver great customer service. It’s a joke and complete lie.
I think it all has to do with them opening up shop not too long ago therefore everyone in there is inexperienced and careless.
They have completely turned me off from Maserati and when time comes to give my lease back, I will go back to BMW. In the meantime, I will be going to Maserati of Westport from now on to see if they deliver better customer service.
Stay away from this place at all costs.
