Typical used car salesmen antics. Purchased a new 2021 Maserati Levante Trofeo from this dealer. MSRP was 155K. Attempted to purchase another new 2022 Maserati Levante Trofeo from this dealer one year later. Maserati Newport offered 95K on trade for the 2021 Maserati Levante Trofeo I had bought new from Maserati Newport one year prior. According to Maserati Newport, the 2021 Maserati Levante Trofeo (they had sold me) lost 40% value in 1 year. Unfortunately, Kelly Blue Book begs to differ. A 2021 Maserati Levante Trofeo Kelly Blue Book trade value is currently 112K, and Kelly Blue book fair purchase price is currently 136k. Aside from low-balling me on the vehicle I had bought new from their dealership, they also refused to offer any discount for the 2022 Maserati Levante Trofeo they attempted to sell me. Buyer beware. There's two sides to every transaction. If a dealership isn't willing to offer fair market for trade, they aren't worthy of your business. The used car salesman double talk is dizzying. I would not recommend Maserati Newport to anyone. More

JJ has been in full control of his responses of substance to my questions and he kept me updated during the annual service processs and other issues that needed to be addressed. JJ Gruber responded to my text messages promptly, now days is difficult to find efficiency at his level of performance. JJ always gathered all facts then provided a quote and details of time involved in it. Someone of this caliber inspires credibility/integrity, which is an essential in my book.
