Quick to take the check, but no follow through! My wife recently purchased a 2009 Audi from this dealer. Cash and paid retail price. When we looked at the car before doing the paperwork, it had 2 ar My wife recently purchased a 2009 Audi from this dealer. Cash and paid retail price. When we looked at the car before doing the paperwork, it had 2 areas that needed paint work. We were told it would be taken care of when we could leave the car. We left the car for a day, and when we picked it up, areas were still very obvious. We left with the car and had discussed the incomplete fix that was performed. After several emails and texts we were told that they were not going to do anything to fix it. They had done their touch up. Totally ridiculous and surprising from a Leith dealership. Needless to say We would never consider buying there again. More
Awesome Sales Department I have bought over 6 cars in my life time and as a woman I can tell you I was not treated respectfully even by some luxury dealerships - like the one I have bought over 6 cars in my life time and as a woman I can tell you I was not treated respectfully even by some luxury dealerships - like the one I bought my 3 series BMW from Performance. When I went in to trade in my 2010 which was in pristine shape, they offered me wholesale, not even within 3k of the lowest trade in to a dealer value on the web - and they had the service records for the car since it was new. When I walked into Maserati of Raleigh to look at a 2012 Audi A7, they gave close to the highest value - without haggling me to death. It was the best buying experience I have ever had and they sold my old car within a week. So they know how to make a profit without trying to screw you over like Performance tried to do to me. Kudos to the sales manager whose name I forgot and to James Simpson my sales person. More

I went to another dealership prior to contacting maserati of Raleigh and was given the "run around" and was just very uncomfortable. Albert Diagouale and the whole staff that I came in contact with were very kind,courteous and friendly which made me feel very comfortable in purchasing a vehicle. This salesman is definitely a people person and a man that knows his business and how to treat cutomers. We discussed my purchase by phone and worked out the details before I ever reached the dealeship. When I reached the dealership he was ready to go. There was a small glitch in our numbes but he worked it out to my satisfaction. I was not at all happy with their finance man (Jason), and feel he could use an attitude ajustment when it comes to talking to customers, but I didn't let his attitude take away the pleasantries presented by Jim Simpson. If anyone want to purchase a car from this dealership' and want a stress free eperience, I strongly recommend that you contact Jim Simpson. By the way the vehicle I purchaed was like new and well maintained. The dealership is top knotch. More

From the test drive to the extensive orientation, I was so impressed with James' knowledge and total commitment to making this a memorable and pleasurable experience for me. I will recommend this dealership, (not to mention) this car, and especially the incredible staff to all my friends! Maserati of Raleigh I bought a new (new to me) car from Nick Williams at Maserati of Raleigh and I can say beyond a shadow of doubt, that this is the best place to purcha I bought a new (new to me) car from Nick Williams at Maserati of Raleigh and I can say beyond a shadow of doubt, that this is the best place to purchase a vehicle. I am 42 years old and I have bought a new car very couple years and this is by far the best experience at purchasing a car. Everyone here is very friendly and not pushy by no means. Plus, I was having minor problems with the vehicle that they are taking care of. The day I came to have it repaired, someone from the service department came to greet me as I was getting out of the car. When I was scheduling the appointment, I called Nick (after hours), and received a call from the service department the next morning. Two other people called to make sure the appointment was scheduled and everything was ok. Usually, in my experience, you call them over and over till the appointment is set or, you are on hold forever. They have gone well above and beyond my expectation and I will defiantly be a repeat customer. I highly recommend Maserati of Raleigh to anyone in the vehicle market... and defiantly purchase from Nick Williams. He is an awesome person to deal with. More
This car buying experience with this particular dealer could have been the best of our lives, but has turned out to be the worst. We purchased a used Lexus with low mileage on it, feeling great about the could have been the best of our lives, but has turned out to be the worst. We purchased a used Lexus with low mileage on it, feeling great about the price and the car. When we drove it home (speeds above 60) it vibrated really badly, also when we stopped. We took it back within 15 hours of the purchase, they turned the brakes and the rotors and explained that "flat spots" on the tires were causing the vibration but said that the spots would "drive out". They didn't, we took it back again after a few hundred miles of driving the car (as they recommended) because of the continued uncomfortable ride. Who buys a Lexus for an uncomfortable ride? They tried to dismiss us saying that it was "only a slight vibration", but eventually we got them to swap the tires out with another vehicle. This fixed the vibration, however now the car pulls badly to the left. We finally had enough and took it to the Lexus dealership, it turns out that the pulling isn't from the alignment as we expected but again, from the tires. Beware of this dealership, they are doing something really shady with their tires. You'd think that a Maserati dealership would be a little less cheap. Come to find out, even though our car only had 27k miles on it when we purchased it, it didn't have factory tires on it (the flat spotted ones) and the ones that they traded our original ones for were even cheaper tires. God bless the person who buys the car that they put our first set of tires on, I'm sure they just put them back on the lot for someone hoping they wouldn't notice the "slight vibrations" of their luxury vehicle. More
