Brad was concerned when you left and spoke with me about the situation. When you arrived at the service department, Brad told you the shuttle would be back in a few minutes. Our service driver was driving another customer. After just a few moments, you decided you couldn’t wait and Brad was told to bring your vehicle around. He did this, and because it was hot, he left the vehicle running for you. We are very sorry you had to wait for the shuttle, but sometimes we are driving other customers to where they need to be. Had you told us of your inability to wait, we could have called arranged other transportation. We do want to provide the best customer care we can and in the future, with circumstances like this, we can adjust. I will be more than happy to speak with you further and provide a solution, should you give us another chance. On behalf of all of us, we would like that opportunity.
