I have never had this kind of experience anywhere accept at the GMC Dealership, then today Will Schafer emails me with a follow up. As a business owner myself, it says it about your company when these types of folks follow up. I would and have recommended them over and over and will continue to do so. Saturday morning check in was a disaster I have had good experience when booking an appointment and check in with Charles Williams only took minutes. But last Saturday ( October 18) I brought I have had good experience when booking an appointment and check in with Charles Williams only took minutes. But last Saturday ( October 18) I brought my car in to have a tire checked because of a problem created by master Cadillac in aiken. I stood one hour in line to have my car checked in. I was there at 8:10 and it was 9:15 before I got to the counter to check in. One person was repairing a credit card machine, helping. To create an invoice, check in customers and answer the phone. There were 6 customers in front of me and 6 behind me. After checking in I waited in lounge for 1 hour and 45 minutes and no one had yet looked at my car. At 11 I picked my car up and left. I went to jiffy lube and had the tire fixed in less than 10 minutes. More
