My rating for the Service Center and would I recommend this service center are all ONLY if Justin Hartley and the staff at the time were still there. After purchasing my 2011 Chevy Tahoe in Rockhill, SC this service center are all ONLY if Justin Hartley and the staff at the time were still there. After purchasing my 2011 Chevy Tahoe in Rockhill, SC because could not deal with Master, only took my car to Master for service. TOTALLY trusted Justin Hartley as he NEVER led me wrong!! Then, finding out you had let him go and the reason why decided would never go back to Master. Have since understood that many of the techs and Service Mgr left am totally confident with my decision!! Whatever happened at the upper level of management certainly needs to be revisited. The whole service department may need to be overhauled. I am still with a Chevrolet dealership but doubt I will be coming back to Master. Apologize for this being such a scathing review but feel very let down by Master. More
