I have always had a pleasant experience at this dealership, but when I had to have my car towed in due to a recall issue, on a busy Friday, there were no loaners available for me and that is if I “ dealership, but when I had to have my car towed in due to a recall issue, on a busy Friday, there were no loaners available for me and that is if I “qualified “ for one! Then when I called to see if I qualified for a loaner, later Friday afternoon, I was then told it would be Monday before anyone was able to even check my car. Having to work , I had to get a rental. Then received a call on Monday, my car was ready! Wow! Great. But I work and couldn’t get back to the dealership or car rental office for several days. All I needed was a little communication and a remote chance of getting a loaner. For a factory recall, I feel like a loaner or a reimbursement for rental should be covered. More
