Your experience is not a typical experience with our dealerships. We work very hard to ensure our customer's are well taken care of as evidenced by us our offer to take care of a large portion of the cost. Stealing a gun out of someone's vehicle is a very serious allegation and our team would never touch a vehicle knowing that information and would have immediately informed the manager had a firearm been discovered. Large portion was $500 which was not told to me until a month later after the owner told me they would make it functional able, and after they messed with it and my husband picked it up because nothing had been fixed, it left him stranded two hours from home. It’s sitting in my yard because it won’t hardly run now. I accidentally left the firearm in the vehicle which is why I immediately called back, and your salesman admitted that he didn’t go remove it because theft was not usually a problem, I gave this dealership months to correct the issue by bringing it back for them to do nothing but keep my vehicle for months, I have every email and text from the owner and the salesman as proof.
