The finance specialist was nothing short of amazing. Our salesman was very friendly and pleasant while we were in the dealership, but once we left that day, things seemed to fall apart. Come early Monday afternoon, he said he hadn't heard back from our insurance company yet, then it was that the insurance company had rejected the RTA and his RMV clerk left at 4pm, so nothing could be rectified until the next day. Pleasant during the deal, but once it was made seemed to forget about us. More
