Hi, my wife and I recently visited Mastria GMC in Raynham and purchased an awesome 2024 Acadia. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the purchase. I phoned Mastria GMC in the morning and spoke with Kimberly first to confirm the two SUV's we were interested in were still available. Kimberly confirmed they were available, and we made an appointment for 12 noon same day. We were greeted upon arrival by Sales Manager Josh Joseph. The dealership was busy, however Josh made a point to say hello and he'd would be with us shortly. We took test drives in several Acadia's and all were superb. My wife fell in love with the White AT4 so that was the one. Josh made the process so easy, no pressure and honored a price I had seen online as well as coming up on our trade in. Then, we met with sales Mike Dave who was equally friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We came back on Monday to settle the financing with Jerry Chan who made the numbers work where we were comfortable. Again, Jerry answered all of our questions on warranties, coverage, and presented several coverages that we went over. Again, no pressure on the financing end. Overall, Alison and I were so impressed with the team at Mastria GMC, they made us feel welcome and really took great care of us during our visits. I would highly recommend Mastria in Raynham to family, friends and anyone in the market for new or pre-owned vehicle. Very good experience! Thank you, Rick and Alison More

Bought a vehicle, developed a power steering leak, 1 week after purchase. Dealership attempted to avoid paying for repair but, inevitably had to because it wouldn't pass inspection. 3 days later, call to get after purchase. For a new steering rack??? Oh, and a failed to mention frame issue, which I was told developed while parked on the lot, after taken in trade but, sold to me..🤔🤷 xxx!?! Long story short, FU Mastria!!! Took my money and business elsewhere, you will get no referral from me and, the owner of the company I work for, who does a great deal of commercial business with you, may be changing his opinion of your dealership. 😉👍 More
