We first met Dave, the General Sales Manager and he introduced us to our salesperson, Chris Murray. Chris was great. His knowledge of the GMC Terrain was extensive. My wife fell in love with the vehicle at the test drive and we knew this was the car we wanted. Chris and Paul took a look at our trade and made a fantastic offer on it, well above book value. We liked Jim from the start. He was knowledgeable about the type vehicle we were interested in an his straight front and honest approach was terrific. He took my wife for a test drive in a 2013 Cadillac SRX and explained everything to her. She liked the car very much. When it came down to making the deal I let Jim know where we needed to be. He did what he needed to do get the deal done. It has been about 1 week since we purchased the vehicle and we could not have been any more pleased with both the car and our experience with Jim Conti and Matria Cadillac. Thanks you. Stay away! Spent 3 hours at the dealership and made the deal then they tell me to go home and the truck will be ready in an hour. Then I get a call saying they Spent 3 hours at the dealership and made the deal then they tell me to go home and the truck will be ready in an hour. Then I get a call saying they the rims on the truck was an add on and need to raise the price another $4000.00. This is after I spent 3 hours, dealt with 3 different people including the sales manger who finalized the deal. How do you miss that. Manager approves the deal, new exactly what truck it was then waits for me to get home all excited about the new truck to pull this bull move. This is a second time they tried to pull something. Shame on me but never again. Stay away! Very unprofessional and not the way to do business! More
