This is the third vehicle my wife or I have purchased from Mastria. I have previously purchased 2 Saturns. There was no hassel or confusion, Bill said certainly and we were able to change our minds for a different vehicle. Bill made us feel very comfortabel and gave us the time to think about our decision. A little more paperwork had to be done but not once were we made to feel like we caused any confusion or inconvenience. It was a very pleasant experience and Bill stayed with us the whole time. Our daughter and son-in-law wanted to see the vehicle , so we took a ride to their house. Our grandsons thought the Terrain looked very "hip" and "cool" for Gram and Grandpa to drive. I recently purchased a 2011 Terrain from Mastria and could not be happier. I spoke with Ron Holtz over the phone, and explained what my wife and I were looking for. You could tell she enjoyed what she was doing and wanted to make sure that the car she was selling was attitude and professionalism are unsurpassed. Never any pressure just pure attention and a desire to please the customer. Bill Fegley is the Sales Manager and is well versed in all aspects of the business. He also has the same desire to please the customer. I found him to be refreshingly honest and up front. He has a personality that will not quit. I found them both excellent to deal with.
