My five star review has to do with the salesperson Linda. If it wasn't for her, this would be a one-star review. However, I owe it to her to give her what she deserves. As far as Mastria goes, there were things that were promised to me about this purchase that they didn't come through on, including a fair trade amount on a vehicle they struggled to fix. I have been a loyal client of their establishment for more than a decade and the issues of the last couple of months will probably cause me to never go back. I went to them for service on my car that I had and ended up in a near wreck after it was supposedly fixed and was told Mastria would make it right on this car purchase and they never did. More
