My experience with Mastria Volkswagen specifically Derrick was 100/10. Derrick was patient, knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt pressured. I originally went to test drive the Tiguan, but ended up going with an Atlas Cross Sport. I have trouble making decisions & Derrick answered my millions of questions while at the dealership and throughout the process and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. They were even able to get the deal done in one day where I paid a deposit on a Friday night and came in on Monday spent a few hours and was out the door with my new car. The other thing I want to mention while I’m here is that the dealership is very clean which makes me not dread having to go in for routine maintenance. They were thorough and transparent, without being pushy. Derek spent a lot of time reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle during the test drive. Greg did the same during the vehicle delivery. Both Derek and Greg were very patient with answering all of my questions. Derek even spent time finalizing the deal on his day off. The finance manager also explained everything very clearly, triple checking all terms of the deal, and making sure I felt 100% comfortable. Overall, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and I feel very confident in my decision. I highly recommend Mastria to anyone looking to buy a VW. More
