Please avoid this dealership. Their motivation is moving cars off their lot, nothing else (huge surprise, I know). I found out after buying my car that it had been in an undisclosed accident. I have had to replace all 4 tires (side note - I was pressured into buying a tire insurance policy that did not cover any of these tires) after roughly 10,000 miles and there is now an issue with the suspension, door mechanics, and lights. I do not drive this car much which adds to the sketchiness of this dealership. I fully understand that things happen, cars sometimes suck, and that's how it is, but when I was in their shop getting new tires recently, the person in front of me was also complaining about their car having engine issues only 6 months after they bought it (their issue ended up being thousands of dollars). I would also add that the service staff is a bummer. They make you feel like it is your fault the car is falling apart. I am basing this off of not only my experience, but what I have witnessed other customers going through (since I am a frequent flyer in their shop). Please don't make the mistake I did. If you want to buy a Volkswagen just go to the volkswagen in fall river. More

Pull in Dan comes right over asks a few questions sends me to the waiting room and the car goes right in. A few minutes later he send me the video and comes out and reviews what’s needed , no pressure and me to the waiting room and the car goes right in.
