My service advisor Kailela Banez would go out of her way to keep me and my family satisfied. She was very communicative about what was going on with the vehicle and always considered my timing since I needed a car to pick up all 5 of my kids. I reported a safety issue with a seatbelt not always latching and she decided to just keep the car to keep me from driving it due to our health and safety concerns and rented us a car while waiting for the buckle part. I never felt so cared for. I've actually been thinking about buying a new Buick and I would buy it at this dealership because I know and trust they would take care of me and my vehicle. That goes a long way for me. Thanks Mataga! More

Very disappointed in service department. I had a part that needed to be special ordered. Was told it would be only a few days and they would get me right in. After waiting a week, I called I had a part that needed to be special ordered. Was told it would be only a few days and they would get me right in. After waiting a week, I called them. It hasn't been ordered. It was blamed on human error. Assured it would be pre Ordered that day. A week later I called only to find out it had not been ordered, again blamed on human error. Long story short, I had to keep calling to get the part then had to wait 2 weeks to get out in their schedule. I was assured that I would have a fleet vehicle ready and waiting for me for the day. When I arrived I was told that I would have to get a rental car. Very disappointing customer service More

Very impressed Have been looking at buying a Hummer for months. Went to private parties and to smaller dealers to check them out. Was almost even scammed or held up when I went to check out a Hummer in the worst part of Sacramento. I have had nothing but problems with these other guys. Hummers have been absolutely junk. Went to one dealer and noticed all 4 tires were different. Another, the transmission was leaking and did not click from 4 wheel drive high and low correctly amongst other things. I was in no hurry! Wanted a car that was in excellent condition. And I got one. Looked brand new inside and out. Very impressed. All I can say that after this purchase is buy from a lugitament car dealer, not from one of these little car lots on the side of the road. The price I paid was better than what these so called small car lots charge and the car is in perfect condition. Very good sales person, not pushy at all. More
