Rodney: I was having a difficult time finding the hybrid I wanted. Either they had too many miles or they were sold by the time someone got back to me. So I started looking out of state. I decided to do one more search before I made the LOOOONG drive and came across Mataga GMC and I'm so happy I did. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for with all the bells and whistles of the car I was trading in. I completed an inquiry online and Rodney responded asap. He listened to my needs, answered all my questions about the car. I came in for a test drive. Loved the car and started the process the same day. Rodney noticed a few things with the car and reassured me that the car would be in tip top condition and he lived up to his promise. I am very happy with the service I received from Rodney. When I came to pick up the car, Rodney went over the cars equipment. Made sure my phone was paired and got me connected to Android Auto. The car was detailed inside and out and smelled amazing. Called about service on my Grandma's GMC today. I was advised that they no longer work on cars older than 2010 even though she purchased from them. I asked why and was advised that there a family I was advised that they no longer work on cars older than 2010 even though she purchased from them. I asked why and was advised that there a family owned business and they don’t have to abide by GMC standards. Will never purchase another vehicle through this terrible ownership again. I advise everyone to stay away because they have no customer service. poor leadership, poor company. More
